In September 2011, a groundbreaking initiative started that will result in a major new player in the geo-field. Ruimteschepper organizes the rapidly growing group of independent geo-experts. “Combining entrepreneurial geo-expertise offers many opportunities in a rapidly developing market. The aim is to pool the expertise and explicitly pay attention to increasing knowledge and innovation. This brings valuable expertise to the market, and interesting opportunities for the experts participating in the initiative.” Thus one of the initiators. “Ruimteschepper will be a solitary group with their own unique voice. Providing a one stop shop for extensive geographic expertise of the self-employed experts in the Netherlands, will create added value for geo-users as well as for the existing geo-business.”

Van der Pol-Consulting is a member of the Ruimteschepper network. Soon the first projects start, including the Ruimteschepper BGT workshops.
